Community Service Report Form

If you are doing Community Service and haven’t been reporting it read on….

There is a form available to track and report your sewing projects and time. Projects and time do NOT have to be ASG activities as long as you are an ASG member and credit is not already being given with another organization.

Reporting periods are for January through June and July through December. Submit your hours by completing the “ASG Community Sew Report” and sending it to Aletha Gilbreth   amgilbreth@gmail.com  Reports are due semi-annually.
