Community Service

A mission that the South Puget Sound Chapter of ASG takes to heart is sewing for community service and charitable projects.  Neighborhood groups each choose a project for their local community and the Chapter Advisory Board (CAB) decides upon a project that the Chapter as a whole contributes to.  This is one of the most rewarding aspects of ASG – using our skills and talents to benefit others around us.

Our Angels Sewing Group meets the 3rd Tuesday of the month and is focused on community sewing projects.  The NG  list has the meeting location and time.)

This is a picture of the quilt that the Chapter made in honor of one of our Charter members, Sandy Cagle, who we lost.

This is a letter from Providence St. Peter Foundation thanking the guild for the gift of pillowcases made by our group.
